This mounting system has been specially tested and designed for tadpole trikes (two wheels in front). Using the Windwrap GX fairing, the rider can stand straight up ahead of the front axle while the fairing is swung forward for easy entrance to the cockpit. Then the rider sits down and pulls the fairing back. See it in operation.
There are two mounting systems for trikes. The Classic with the Forward Swing feature works on trikes that have 9 mm band width on either side of the bottom bracket shell, and no obstructions like headlight tabs on the front of the bottom bracket. The Greenspeed GTO, GTR, and GTX with triple chainwheel, and Trice Micro and XL are examples of trikes that work with the Classic Mount.
