Carl also has been making stuff since an early age. "yes, I made
my first tandem delta trike years before Mark built his prone recumbent."

Her I am delivering party supplies to our local swim club, "Cross
Gates". I believe in this picture I am... twenty one years old, that's
my story and I'm sticking to it. This machine is my very first Delta.
It features; lights w/generator, dual rear breaks, wooden bench seat w/limited
lumbar support, remote steering w/tie-rod, trailer w/steak-sides and ball
hitch.

Much later in life I built another Tandem Delta Trike Socialable,
"the Recyclasaurusrex" for riding in parades. I was a manager
for the Jemez Valley Recycling Center and I thought that a parade vehicle
made of recycled bikes and conduit would be a good way to promote peoples
interest in recycling.. This trike features breaks on all three wheels,
"joy stick" steering, bench seat for passengers, folding canopy
for shade, a two tone horn from a 1950's Cadillac, a trailer sporting
the "recyclasaurusrex" made of the insulation from a walk in
fridge. It also features 12volt DC pedal assist on a retractable fourth
wheel just behind the rear wheels. It could cruise at about 14 MPH up
a fairly steep hill under DC power only. The events on parade days would
last all day and so did the Recyclasaurusrex.
